科系简介

主修科生必须副修或选修科技工艺学院的课程。课程包括科学简介与应用电脑(Pengenalan Sains dan Aplikasi Komputer)、化学食品(Kimia Makanan)、食品工业(Komodi Makanan)、食品微生物(Mikrobiologi Makanan)、食品化学分析(Analisis Kimia Makanan)、食品用具分析(Analisi Peralatan Makanan)、食品生物科技(Bioteknologi Makanan)、食品包装(Pembungkusa Makanan)、食品品质管理与味觉鉴定(Pengurusan Kualiti makanan dan Penilaian Deria)等。

此毕业生可选择在一些食品和饮品工厂担任生产工程师、品质管理工程师、研究与发展管理员等。

工业实习

第三年的第二学期进行为期18个星期的工业实习
